Looking for a dynamic addition to our recruiting team. This individual will be responsible to deliver exceptional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process. Individual will perform full lifecycle talent acquisition to include: networking, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and on-boarding.
Day To Day Activities

End to End Recruitment for the various projects in our organization

Time Management

Follow up with Candidates and managing Job Fairs/Recruitment Drives
Day To Day Activities

Should have MBA Graduation preferably in HR.

Knowledge in MS Office.

Punctuality & Stability.

Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, associations and the community.

A broad level of creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization is required.
